Questions & Policies 

CHECK-IN TIME: 

Check-in time is between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm. Check-in after 8:00 pm is possible with prior arrangements. If your travel or flight is delayed, please call to let us know your estimated arrival time. We do allow early check in only when a guest purchases the early check in option at time of their reservation. The early check in options is located under our retail tab on our website. This option allows guest to check in as early as 2:00 pm but no earlier.


CHECK-OUT TIME: 

Check-out time is 11:00 am. Late check-out may be possible up to noon upon request only. You are welcome to spend additional time in the common areas and grounds of the Bed and Breakfast after check-out is complete, until noon. Please inform Inn Keeper if that is your intention. 

 

PARKING: 

We have private parking to accommodate guests. Parking is outside the front door. Please do not park in front of the garage doors. 

 

RATES: 

Rates are for single or double occupancy except for our family family suite which includes up to four guest. All rates include our home cooked breakfast plus complimentary deserts or light refreshments in the evening. All rates are subject to change without notice. Rates are subject to applicable taxes and nominal credit card convenience charge. Each additional guest will be charged $20 per-person over the age of 12 years old. For any children between the ages of 4 years to 12 years old there is an additional $10 charge per night.  


OCCUPANCY: 

The maximum occupancy for each suite is posted on the website. This occupancy cannot be exceeded. The number of guests must be specified when booking each suite. 


RESERVATION AGE REQUIREMENT:

Guests must be 21 years of age or older to make a reservation. 


PAYMENTS: 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Cash. Reservations are charged in full 72 hours in advance or upon arrival for late reservations via cash, credit or debit card. Checks will not be accepted. 

 

STANDARD CANCELLATION: 

Reservations cancelled 72 hours or less in advance, as well as no-shows will result in a full reservation charge. The 50% nightly deposit is non-refundable even if the reservation is cancelled more than 72 hours in advance. Certain packages and promotions may have different policies that apply. 

 

MEALS: 

A full, home-cooked breakfast is included in the rate. 

 

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS: 

Please make us aware of any dietary restrictions or food allergies prior to your stay. We will do our best to accommodate any restrictions, however we do not have an allergy-free kitchen.  

 

CHILDREN: 

The Bed and Breakfast is set up as a getaway destination for adults; however, we do allow children. They are expected to be supervised at all times. We do not provide childcare of any kind. All children are required to be well-behaved while staying at the Bed and Breakfast. Please call ahead of time if you plan to bring children. 

 

NON-INN GUESTS DURING YOUR STAY: 

Common areas of the Bed and Breakfast and grounds of the property are solely for the use by booked guests who are staying at the Bed and Breakfast. Many guests who stay with us are here to visit friends or family or attend a local event. We require our guests to clear it with us before inviting other parties who are not guests at the Bed and Breakfast. 

 

SMOKING: 

We are a non-smoking facility. Any smoking inside the Bed and Breakfast will result in an immediate request to leave and an additional cleaning fee of $175, plus your room charges. 

 

OUTSIDE FOOD AND DRINK: 

We feel that maintaining high standards of cleanliness is of the utmost importance. To maintain this standard and provide a quality experience, we ask that all guests refrain from eating food brought in from the outside into the guest suites. We request that you ALWAYS use the coasters for beverages provided to protect our antique furniture. We do not allow any use of our kitchen or to prepare and cook food in your suite. You are welcome to store leftovers from dinner and medications in our refrigerator. Guests must ask in advance of their stay if they have any special requests for kitchen usage or food preparation in the house. 

 

PETS: 

We do not permit guests to bring pets to ensure an allergy free environment for all of our guests. Please call in advance of making a reservation if you have any special requests for a pet to stay. 

 

STABLE:

We have a stable on-site that is set up as a horse barn. You are welcome to bring your horse or other barn animals for an additional charge. Call us in advance of your stay to coordinate. The stable does not have a pasture connected, but you are welcome to walk your horse around the property. The stable has running water. Please bring whatever feed and/or hay your horse may need, as we do not keep any of these items on hand. 
 

ALCOHOL:

We do not provide or sell any alcoholic beverages due to local township regulations.
