Shady Oaks Farm Bed and Breakfast

	Shady Oaks is available for rental by the hour. Let us pamper your guests at Shady Oaks – intimate weddings, showers, family reunions, afternoon teas, luncheons, -- let our staff assist you with menu and party planning. Meals are served in our two adjoining dinning rooms or on the covered porch and stone garden terrace (weather permitting). We have a preferred caterer Menu and prices available upon request Deposit required to hold dates All lunches/teas include tour of inn and gardens We can accommodate 10 to 30 guests.

Host Your Special Day at Shady Oaks Farm The rental rate for weddings is $175.00 an hour, with a 3 hr. minimum. Rate includes use of the ground floor public rooms, the 2 adjoining dining rooms, front parlor (nice room for wedding ceremony), Great Room, Porch (with bar), stone terrace and garden (nice for ceremony when in bloom).

	Kitchen may be used to serve and prep food – no cooking. Food is to be brought in prepared. Kitchen access to the caterer, no earlier than 10 am. Party may bring in your own wine and beer. We will supply the glasses and ice. Tables will be decorated with hurricane lights and table clothes.
The Farm is surrounded by a wooded lot making for a beautiful natural backdrop.
